Return and refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We strive to deliver the best in quality and value. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept returns and issue a full refund.

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

  • Used or damaged products will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return

  1. Request your Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing info.glamora@gmail.com with:

    • Your order details.

    • A detailed reason for the return.

    • Supporting images or videos.

  2. Upon approval, we will provide the RA# and the return shipping address.

  3. Please use a trackable mail service, as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is issued.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

We process refunds immediately upon approval. If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company – some transactions may take time to reflect.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing delays can occur.

  4. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info.glamora@gmail.com.

 


 

COMMON QUESTIONS

How long does delivery take?

All orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info.glamora@gmail.com.

(This excludes errors made by customers when entering shipping details or missed deliveries.)

Can you provide a tracking number?

Yes, tracking numbers will be emailed as soon as they become available.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?

  • If your order has not been processed yet, email us immediately at info.glamora@gmail.com. We will try to update it.

  • If your order has already been shipped, we cannot change the address.

  • Glamora is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped.

  • If your order is still being processed, we may be able to cancel it. However, a 15% cancellation fee applies to cover restocking and processing fees.

 


 

INVALID REASONS FOR RETURN

  • Change of mind – Please ensure you want the items before placing an order.

  • Found a lower price elsewhere – Orders are final once placed.
